To request a refund, submit a billing request specifying the invoice number to be refunded directly from your Client Area, after having cancelled the service(s) in question within the prescribed time limits.
Please note: we can only refund Paypal & credit card payments. Non-automated payments (check, e-transfers, direct deposit or wire transfers) can only be refunded as account credit.
